Credits are used to send SMS messages. Each SMS consumes credits based on the volume tier. The more messages you send in a campaign, the lower the cost per SMS. Pricing ranges from Rs. 0.70 to Rs. 1.10 per SMS. Credits are automatically deducted when SMS are sent, and you can purchase credit packages to top up your account.

A Sender ID is the name or number that appears as the sender when recipients receive your SMS. It helps build trust and brand recognition. You need to register a Sender ID for your company before sending SMS. The registration requires company documents and approval. Once approved, you can use it for all your SMS campaigns.

Yes! You can schedule SMS campaigns to be sent at a specific date and time. The system supports one-time scheduling as well as recurring schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly). Scheduled campaigns are automatically processed by the system, so you can set them up and forget about them. You can also edit or cancel scheduled campaigns before they are sent.

You can import contacts in bulk by uploading a CSV or Excel file. The system supports importing phone numbers along with contact names and additional fields. You can organize contacts into groups for better management. The import feature automatically validates phone numbers and formats them correctly for Sri Lankan mobile numbers. You can also manually add contacts one by one through the contact management interface.

We currently accept payments through PayHere payment gateway, which supports Credit/Debit Cards. You can purchase credit packages securely through our payment system. All transactions are processed securely and your credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment.

SMS pricing uses a volume-based tier system. The price per SMS decreases as you send more messages in a single campaign. Prices range from Rs. 0.70 to Rs. 1.10 per SMS depending on the campaign size. The system automatically calculates the correct tier based on your campaign volume - no manual selection needed.

The system provides real-time tracking of SMS delivery status. Each SMS can have the following statuses: Draft (created but not sent), Pending (queued for sending), Sent (delivered to carrier), Delivered (confirmed delivery to recipient), or Failed (delivery failed). You can view delivery reports in your dashboard, including delivery rates, failed messages, and detailed analytics for each campaign.
